HOW TO MEASURE FOR INSIDE MOUNT
1. MEASURE DEPTH
Confirm that the window casing is deep enough to fit the shade. For proper installation, your window casing
must be at least ¾" deep. For a flush mount (shade is fully recessed inside the frame), your window casing must
be at least 2⅛" deep.
2. MEASURE WIDTH
- Measure the inside width of the window casing at three places; top, middle and bottom.
- Record the narrowest measurement, rounding down to the nearest inch. (For example, if your narrowest
measurement is 35⅝", round down to 35".) - Use this measurement when selecting your shade width.
3. MEASURE HEIGHT
- Measure the inside height of the window casing at three places: left, middle and right.
- Record the tallest measurement, rounding up to the nearest inch. (For example, if your tallest measurement
is 62¼", round up to 63". - Use this measurement when selecting your shade length.
IMPORTANT NOTE
To make sure your shade fits as well as possible, choose a whole inch width that is at least ⅜" smaller than your window.
The manufacturer will make NO deductions.
