The west elm design dollars program is provided by Williams-Sonoma, Inc., which is solely responsible for the Program operation. Williams-Sonoma, Inc. reserves the right to change the terms or discontinue the program at any time without any notice. The west elm Credit Card and design dollars cannot be used in other Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brands.

The west elm design dollars program is automatically available to new west elm Credit Card customers and its subsidiaries. Design dollars begin accumulation with first purchase. You will receive $25 for every $250 spent with your west elm Credit Card at any west elm store, catalog, or online at westelm.com. Design dollars are awarded on the purchases (net of returns and credits) charged to your credit card and made at any west elm brand catalog, store, or website. Monthly design dollar activity is detailed on your monthly billing statement. Design dollar point balances will carry over from statement to statement until a design dollar is earned. After months, any accrued points that did not contribute to the issuance of a design dollar will automatically expire.

Design dollars are issued monthly depending on your balance at the close of business every billing cycle and will be sent to you within 2-3 weeks. Your account must be open, in good standing and/or not more than two payments past due at the time the design dollars are issued. Design dollars must be used within 90 days of the date of issuance.

Design dollars are only redeemable for merchandise at any west elm brand catalog, store, or website. Design dollars cannot be applied to past purchases and must be used in conjunction with a new order. Design dollars cannot be combined with any non-sale related promotional offer, credited to an account, redeemed for cash, or used to purchase gift certificates. If the purchase total is more than the value of the design dollar, the difference must be applied to the west elm Credit Card which must be in good standing and/or not more than two payments past due at the time design dollars are redeemed. Design dollars are valid for one use only. If the purchase total is less than the value of the design dollars, the difference cannot be credited to any account, redeemed for cash/merchandise credit, or used to purchase gift certificates. In the stores, the design dollar must be surrendered at the time of purchase. Use the Code printed on the design dollar when redeeming it online or through a catalog. No additional Design dollars will be issued after program termination. Lost or stolen design dollars will not be replaced. Design dollars are rounded up to the nearest dollar. Design dollars may not be sold or otherwise bartered or transferred.
