CARE
Professional rug clean only. Vacuum regularly, avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Remove spills immediately; if liquid, blot with clean, undyed cloth by pressing firmly around spill to absorb as much as possible.

Cuban-born artist and textile designer Lourdes Sánchez trained at New York's School of Visual Arts and spent 20 years creating in-demand prints for the fashion industry. Now she shares her creativity with west elm as a frequent collaborator. Lourdes works in watercolor on canvas and finds a wealth of inspiration in everything from the natural world to vintage prints and ancient tribal patterns. She's even created beautiful designs based on industrial debris. A devoted Brooklynite, Lourdes lives and works in her studio in the borough's Gowanus neighborhood, not too far from west elm, where Moon Pie, a black Havanese pooch that she rescued, keeps her in excellent company.

Return Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. After 30 days, we will replace or refund your purchase against manufacturer's defects ONLY. Please note that we cannot accept returns on final-sale merchandise, monogrammed/personalized items or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We regret that we do not give price adjustments on previously purchased items.
