BLiS Fish Sauce

Umami in a bottle. This limited-edition sauce is a collaboration between BLiS and Vietnamese fish sauce specialist Red Boat. Using Red Boat's black anchovy-based 40n, BLiS ages the premium sauce an additional seven months to achieve a subtle sweetness and smokiness not found in other fish sauces.
