Brooklyn-based caterer Michael Stuart is expanding his reach with a flavorful BBQ line. Handcrafted in small batches and packaged in reusable weck jars, these four Spice Rub flavors were created exclusively for west elm Market. Rub them on steaks, seafood and poultry for a jolt of flavor.

- Flavors: Bushwick Bird Rub, Dumbo Dry Pork Rub, Billyburg Beef Rub, Flatbush Fish Rub.
- Bushwick Bird Rub: Aleppo pepper, black pepper, cardamom, coriander, cumin, dried lemongrass, dried thyme, garlic powder, ginger, kosher salt, onion powder, smoked paprika.
- Dumbo Dry Pork Rub: Aleppo pepper, black pepper, brown sugar, chili powder, coriander, cumin, garlic powder, ginger, kosher salt, mustard powder, onion powder, orange Powder.
- Billyburg Beef Rub: Black pepper, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, chili powder, cumin, dried basil, dried lemon peel, garlic powder, kosher salt, mustard Powder, onion powder, smoked paprika.
- Flatbush Fish Rub: Black pepper, cardamom, cayenne pepper, coriander, dried tarragon, garlic powder, kosher salt, mustard.
Most purchases are shipped from our Distribution Center by UPS, to arrive in your home within 5 business days of order receipt.

For an extra charge of $15 per address, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations.
We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. After 30 days, we will replace or refund your purchase against manufacturer's defects ONLY. Please note that we cannot accept returns on final-sale merchandise, monogrammed/personalized items or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We regret that we do not give price adjustments on previously purchased items.
