Baggu

Founder Emily Sugihara studied at the Parsons School of Design and worked for J. Crew before going out on her own and starting Baggu in 2007. Known for their clean, stylish designs, the Baggu team is inspired by Japanese simplicity and graphic design from the 1960s and 70s. We partnered with our fellow Brooklynites to create a collection of durable cotton canvas bags perfect for toting around town or whisking away for the weekend. "This is the first time we've done latex–dipped bags and we think the outcome is fantastic," says Emily.
