Make It Personal
Make your mark on your favorite west elm products for just $10.00 per item. Choose from embroidered or digitally printed linens, branded wood and etched glassware. The charts below will help you specify your monogram, color and font style. Note that monogrammed items cannot be canceled or returned except when due to defect.
Step 1. Choose Your Monogram
Whichever approach you choose, a monogram is more than just a combination of initials. It's a way to make an everyday item much more personal.
Choose this style for an individual (Lindsay Hastings) or a couple who shares the same last name (Lindsay and Jeffrey Hastings).
Choose this style for an individual without a middle name (Chloe Smith), couples who share a hyphenated last name (Elizabeth and Martin Cane-Smith) or couples with different last names (Elizabeth Cane and Martin Smith).
Choose this style for an individual with a middle name (Lauren Karen Hammond) or a couple with the same last name (Lawrence and Helen Kramer).
Choose this style to display a full family name or to monogram an item with a favorite phrase. Some items can accommodate up to 9 letters. See individual products for details.
Choose an icon to add some playful personality. All icons are digitally printed in black only, and may not be combined with numbers or letters. See individual products for details.
Step 2. Choose Your Color
Textiles, such as bedding or towels, can be embroidered with a monogram in your choice of thread color. Digitally printed textiles are available only in black, and items that are etched with a monogram don't require a color choice.
Step 3. Choose Your Font Style
Some items are monogrammable with one initial only, while others can accommodate up to nine letters. Standard options include a single initial, a traditional three-letter monogram or a full name, date or phrase. Icons are not available with initials. See individual items for details.
Top 4 Q & A's
1. How much does monogramming cost?
The cost for monogramming a product is $10.00 per SKU (the 'stock-keeping-unit' or code used to identify each unique product). For example, the cost to monogram a set of 4 napkins with 1 SKU would be $10.00, while the cost of monogramming 1 pillow sham with 1 SKU would also be $10.00.
2. How many letters or numbers can I order?
Character count varies by product, font and scale. Some items are monogrammable with one initial only, while others can accommodate up to a maximum of 9 characters. See individual items for details.
3. Which fonts and colors can I choose from?
Our designers created font styles and color options for each of our monogrammable products. Most products can be monogrammed in one to four font choices, while color options vary. We don't offer custom fonts or colors and we can't mix and match fonts or colors on an item. See individual items for details.
4. Can I cancel an order or return a monogrammed item?
Orders for monogrammed items cannot be canceled or returned except when due to defect.
