    CARE


    Occasional vacuuming is recommended. Do not pull loose fibers. Trim with scissors and tuck loose ends back into the mat's weave to prevent fraying. Depending on harvest conditions, the coir may retain moisture when woven and will carry a natural hay-like scent that will dissipate over time. To prolong the life of your doormat's design, do not place in direct sun or where it will remain wet.

    Return Policy
    We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. After 30 days, we will replace or refund your purchase against manufacturer's defects ONLY. Please note that we cannot accept returns on final-sale merchandise, monogrammed/personalized items or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We regret that we do not give price adjustments on previously purchased items.
