The tempered glass tabletop may unexpectedly shatter, posing a risk of injury and property damage to consumers.
The tabletops were sold at West Elm stores nationwide, by catalog, and online from September 2014-December 2016.
Please stop using the tabletop immediately. Please contact West Elm toll-free at 1-833-216-6974 to obtain a replacement tabletop for your table, free of charge.

INDUSTRIAL TASK TABLE LAMP
The lamp’s joints can cause the electrical cord to fray or be cut, posing shock hazards to consumers. All Lamps with USB ports in the base are subject to this recall. Lamps that do not have a USB port that contain a date code of C/2014 or later on the bottom of the base are subject to this recall.
The lamps were sold at West Elm stores nationwide, by catalog, and online from June 2014-October 2017.
Please stop using the lamp immediately. Return the lamp to the store or call 1-866-577-9276 to return the lamp and receive a refund in the form of a merchandise card.
