Wash with warm water after each use to remove food oils. Rinse and towel dry. Avoid soaking. Occasionally, when serving board looks or feels dry, lightly oil it with an oil/beeswax blend, letting it soak in for a few minutes, then wipe and buff with a soft cloth.
