west elm takes you through the entire process, from first designing amazing products to figuring out exactly where it fits into your home. Want some expert advice on how to style your home? west elm can provide you a personal stylist or designer to help. west elm also provides installation services; we will even provide the list of approved installers for you to book if needed. Our registry makes keeping track of your wish list easy, consult a store expert who will help with style merging to room to room coordinating.
west elm Shipping Information
Our shipping and processing fees cover processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchased, and delivering them to you. Most products are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within five business days of when you placed your order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together might not arrive in the same box.
For an extra charge of $26 per address, within the contiguous 48 states, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. If we receive your order by 6pm PT Monday through Friday, you will receive your order the next business day; orders placed Friday after 6pm PT through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.
