west elm Roman Shades

west elm is voluntarily recalling all roman shades because we are concerned the cords may pose a safety hazard. A child's neck can become entangled in the cords on the back of the shade, posing a risk of strangulation. This recall involves all sizes and colors of west elm roman shades sold from 2005 through 2009.

Please stop using these roman shades immediately. Please remove the shade from your window and call 1.800.492.1949 to arrange for free pick up of the shade. Once we receive your return, we will send you a merchandise card in the value of your purchase, including shipping.
