CARE

Wipe clean with mild soap or liquid dish detergent and warm water solution. Disinfect surface with non-abrasive household cleaner like Formula 409®, Fantastik®, Windex® or diluted SimpleGreen®. Wipe dry with a soft, clean cloth.

If products are near a marine environment/swimming pool, regular cleaning with biodegradable liquid soap and water will help protect furniture from rapid deterioration that chlorine and salt may cause. Maintenance is recommended every 3 months. Never use a pressure/power washer on outdoor furniture. Hardware may loosen over time. Periodically check that all connections are tight.

FRONT DOOR DELIVERY

With Front Door Delivery, your item ships from our Distribution Center by UPS and arrives to your home within 4-5 business days of order receipt.

PICK UP IN STORE

Select items are eligible for pick up at your local store. In-stock items can be picked up 2 hours after your order is placed at no additional cost. Eligible non-stocked items can be Shipped to Store for a reduced flat-rate shipping fee, starting as low as $19.99 (on orders up to $399). UPS STANDARD DELIVERY + PROCESSING CHARGES

Add $8.50 for each gift wrap. For next day delivery, add $26.00 per address. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer and oversized items are not eligible for next day delivery.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY + PROCESSING

For an extra charge of $26.00 per address, within the contiguous 48 states, we can arrange for next day delivery to most destinations. If we receive your order by 6pm PT Monday through Friday, you'll receive your order the next business day; orders placed on Friday after 6pm PT through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. Note: Next day delivery service is not available for out-of-stock items, personalized items or for items shipped directly from the vendor.

EASY RETURNS
