ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Assembled upon delivery via White Glove Service. The following is not included in White Glove Service: 1) Attaching quartz top to base; 2) Attaching sink to quartz top; 3) Final plumbing installation. Upon delivery, customers may also leave console in box for assembly at a later date. Once this item has been altered, it will not be accepted for return.

If you ordered a vanity without a marble or quartz top, you must find a local vendor to make and install one. Please use the dimensions found in the assembly instructions below.

CARE

Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. To protect finish, avoid the use of chemicals and household cleaners. Hardware may loosen over time. Periodically check that all connections are tight.

Please note, quartz is stain-resistant but not stain-proof—to keep it looking its best, wipe up spills immediately with a soft, dry cloth.

UNLIMITED FLAT RATE DELIVERY – FURNITURE + OVERSIZED ITEMS

Our Flat Rate Delivery fees are based on where you live, not how much you buy. With Unlimited Flat Rate Delivery, an unlimited number of eligible furniture and select oversized items can be delivered for a single flat rate.

All of our Flat Rate items include our premium White Glove Service—at no extra charge—for oversized furniture and select fragile items. With White Glove, your order is brought into your home by a skilled delivery team on a pre-scheduled date, unpacked in the room of your choice and fully assembled, but not installed*. All packaging materials are removed upon completion.

Doorstep Delivery service is available for select items at a lower flat rate. With Doorstep Delivery, you are responsible for bringing the item into your home. Assembly and packaging disposal is not included with Doorstep Delivery.

PICK UP IN STORE

Select items are eligible for pick up at your local store. In-stock items can be picked up 2 hours after your order is placed at no additional cost.

Eligible non-stocked items can be Shipped to Store for a reduced flat-rate shipping fee, starting as low as $19.99 (on orders up to $399). Please refer to the item dimensions to ensure the product will fit in your vehicle.

EASY RETURNS

At West Elm, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. With valid proof of purchase, most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a refund of the merchandise value. Items that aren’t eligible for return are:
