Loose, non-reversible cushions with zip-off covers.
Furniture must be covered with outdoor cover (sold separately) or stored indoors during inclement weather such as rain or snow.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Minimal assembly required. As part of our White Glove Service, this piece is brought into your home, placed in the room of your choice, fully assembled and all packaging will be removed.

CARE

Keep furniture dry when not in use; wipe spills clean with a dry cloth and avoid the use of harsh cleaners and abrasives. To extend the life of your cushions, keep them free of dirt and foliage. To prevent mildew, stand cushions on end and dry completely before storing. Cover with an outdoor cover (sold separately) or store indoors when not in use for long periods of time or during inclement weather. Store cushions separately from furniture to prevent possible transfer of moisture. Make sure furniture is completely dry before covering.

UNLIMITED FLAT RATE DELIVERY – FURNITURE + OVERSIZED ITEMS

Our Flat Rate Delivery fees are based on where you live, not how much you buy. With Unlimited Flat Rate Delivery, an unlimited number of eligible furniture and select oversized items can be delivered for a single flat rate.

All of our Flat Rate items include our premium White Glove Service—at no extra charge—for oversized furniture and select fragile items. With White Glove, your order is brought into your home by a skilled delivery team on a pre-scheduled date, unpacked in the room of your choice and fully assembled, but not installed*. All packaging materials are removed upon completion.

Doorstep Delivery service is available for select items at a lower flat rate. With Doorstep Delivery, you are responsible for bringing the item into your home. Assembly and packaging disposal is not included with Doorstep Delivery.

PICK UP IN STORE

Select items are eligible for pick up at your local store. In-stock items can be picked up 2 hours after your order is placed at no additional cost.

Eligible non-stocked items can be Shipped to Store for a reduced flat-rate shipping fee, starting as low as $19.99 (on orders up to $399). Please refer to the item dimensions to ensure the product will fit in your vehicle.

EASY RETURNS

At West Elm, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. With valid proof of purchase, most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a refund of the merchandise value. Items that aren’t eligible for return are:
