Overview

Part of our collaboration with Pottery Barn Kids, the Paxton Rocker has a durable kiln-dried frame and is GREENGUARD Gold certified. When your rocking days are over, the rockers can be replaced with tapered wood legs (sold separately) for a comfortable, stylish accent chair.

CARE

Spot clean with a damp cloth or sponge; blot to remove excess water; air dry. Blot spills immediately with a clean colorfast towel or sponge. To prevent fading, keep fabric out of direct sunlight. Lightly brush and vacuum regularly. For base upholstery, use a professional upholstery cleaning service only.

UNLIMITED FLAT RATE DELIVERY – FURNITURE + OVERSIZED ITEMS

Our Flat Rate Delivery fees are based on where you live, not how much you buy. With Unlimited Flat Rate Delivery, an unlimited number of eligible furniture and select oversized items can be delivered for a single flat rate.

All of our Flat Rate items include our premium White Glove Service—at no extra charge—for oversized furniture and select fragile items. With White Glove, your order is brought into your home by a skilled delivery team on a pre-scheduled date, unpacked in the room of your choice and fully assembled, but not installed*. All packaging materials are removed upon completion.

Doorstep Delivery service is available for select items at a lower flat rate. With Doorstep Delivery, you are responsible for bringing the item into your home. Assembly and packaging disposal is not included with Doorstep Delivery.

PICK UP IN STORE

Select items are eligible for pick up at your local store. In-stock items can be picked up 2 hours after your order is placed at no additional cost.

Eligible non-stocked items can be Shipped to Store for a reduced flat-rate shipping fee, starting as low as $19.99 (on orders up to $399). Please refer to the item dimensions to ensure the product will fit in your vehicle.

EASY RETURNS

At West Elm, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. With valid proof of purchase, most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a refund of the merchandise value. Items that aren’t eligible for return are:
