CARE

Slipcovers are machine washable. Remove slipcover from cushion and close all zippers. Machine wash in cold water on gentle with normal amounts of mild laundry detergent. Allow fabric to air dry.

To spot clean: Brush off loose dirt. Spray on a cleaning solution of water and mild soap. Use a soft bristle brush to clean. Allow cleaning solution to soak into the fabric. Rinse thoroughly until all soap residue is removed. Air dry.

When not in use, or during periods of severe weather, store or cover your pieces with West Elm furniture covers (sold separately) to minimize color variations and natural wear and tear.

UNLIMITED FLAT RATE DELIVERY – FURNITURE + OVERSIZED ITEMS

Our Flat Rate Delivery fees are based on where you live, not how much you buy. With Unlimited Flat Rate Delivery, an unlimited number of eligible furniture and select oversized items can be delivered for a single flat rate.

All of our Flat Rate items include our premium White Glove Service—at no extra charge—for oversized furniture and select fragile items. With White Glove, your order is brought into your home by a skilled delivery team on a pre-scheduled date, unpacked in the room of your choice and fully assembled, but not installed*. All packaging materials are removed upon completion.

Doorstep Delivery service is available for select items at a lower flat rate. With Doorstep Delivery, you are responsible for bringing the item into your home. Assembly and packaging disposal is not included with Doorstep Delivery.

PICK UP IN STORE

Select items are eligible for pick up at your local store. In-stock items can be picked up 2 hours after your order is placed at no additional cost.

Eligible non-stocked items can be Shipped to Store for a reduced flat-rate shipping fee, starting as low as $19.99 (on orders up to $399). Please refer to the item dimensions to ensure the product will fit in your vehicle.

EASY RETURNS

At West Elm, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. With valid proof of purchase, most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a refund of the merchandise value. Items that aren’t eligible for return are:

  • Final sale items (with prices ending in $.97 or $.99)
  • Monogrammed items
  • Made-to-Order (MTO) items
  • Robin mattresses and foundations
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear
